Graham is Director of Wi-Fi for EE, looking after all Public Wi-Fi for the UK's largest mobile operator. He has been at EE for just over 2 years, prior to which he was the UK Managing Director for The Cloud Networks. Previous roles have included CEO of alternative Telco, Redstone Telecom and General Sales Manager for Mercury One2One (now T-Mobile).
EE are rapidly increasing their footprint of hotspots in the UK with an innovative approach to the market, supporting venue branding and sharing of data.
David Nowicki CMO at Devicescape
David Nowicki is responsible for full-spectrum marketing at Devicescape, from product to brand management. He has more than 20 years of international experience providing marketing and product management leadership for mobile technology companies from early start-ups to Fortune 500 innovators.
David developed a passion for gadgets and mobile data efficiency technologies while living in Tokyo during the late '90s, working at intelligent antenna software pioneer ArrayComm on the world's first successful deployment of fractional frequency reuse technology inside a microcellular network. He joined Devicescape from Bell Labs Ventures, where he was the general manager/CEO of a mobile video delivery venture commercializing emerging technologies. Previously, David was the VP of product management and marketing at Airvana, delivering a full range of successful macro-cellular and small cell products sold through Nortel/Ericsson/NSN. Prior to that, he was VP of product management and marketing at Bytemobile (now a division of Citrix), a provider of data and user experience optimization. He helped grow the company from its first customer to a leading market share position with over 70 mobile network operator customers around the world.
Torbjörn Ward CEO at Aptilo Networks:
Torbjorn has more than 20 years of experience in different senior executive and management positions within the telecom and mobile communications market. He has been the CEO of Aptilo Networks since its inception and was part of the founding team in 2001. Before Aptilo Networks, Torbjorn was General Manager of Axis' Mobile Internet Division and in that position was responsible for guiding the company's wireless and mobile communications initiatives. Prior to Axis, he spent eleven years with Ericsson where, while based in the USA, he founded and built Ericsson's Digital Wireless Office business in cellular technology. While in Canada he was Manager for Ericsson's Radio Systems Management/TDMA division and before that he held various positions in Mobile Systems in Sweden. Torbjorn holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and holds eight separate patents in the area of wireless/mobile communications.
Lonnie Schilling CEO at Birdstep
Schilling brings 20 years of experience of equity investment, strategiclonnie-schilling business development, architecture sales and marketing within the international communications market. He was most recently Director, Mobile Service Provider Sales & Business Development at Cisco and he has also held leading management positions in other global companies such as Motorola, ITT, Worldview Technology Partners, Bolt Beranek and Newman (BBN). Schilling holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He completed graduate and postgraduate studies at the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology, the International Institute for Management Development, INSEAD and the Marshall School of Business at USC.

Mark Grayson is a Distinguished Consulting Engineer at Cisco Systems with responsibility for leading Cisco's mobile architecture strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry, ranging from the development of military systems, the definition of satellite communication architectures, the evolution of traditional cellular systems through to the creation of the latest small cell solutions. He holds a first class Honors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Birmingham (England) together with a PhD in Radio Communications. Mark has been granted over 50 patents in the area of mobile communications and is the co-author of IP Design for Mobile Networks (Cisco Press) and Building the Mobile Internet (Cisco Press).

Prior to the WBA, Ton joined the GSMA in 2005 as a senior project director and has been responsible for the management and implementation of 3G embedded mobile broadband notebooks as well responsible for the development and launch of the common mobile broadband service mark into the mobile space. Ton has worked to develop the technical guidelines for the implementation of embedded 3G modules into notebooks. As Programme Director Connected Living at the GSMA, Ton Brand was a technology subject matter expert across the GSMA Connected Living programme for embedded mobile and M2M devices and services and managed the delivery of the GSMA's Connected Living programme, which is designed to help operators accelerate the delivery of the connected life services.
In the past he has worked as a freelance business consultant with different fixed and wireless operators on the development and launch of telecom and value added services, notably on initiating and launching broadband services in lesser developed regions and countries.

Sunil Marolia is currently the vice president of product management for Smith Micro Software in charge of product strategy and roadmap for their wireless and mobility products. Prior to Smith Micro, Sunil lead the product management and marketing functions at Hewlett-Packard in their Mobility Solutions Group. He also held the position of vice president of product marketing and pre-sales at Bitfone Corporation, where he pioneered in the market definition and technology strategy for over-the-air (OTA) device management solutions, including firmware update and remote diagnostics.
Sunil has co-authored several industry papers on operational challenges andbest practices associated with the support of complex mobile devices including key contributions into industry standards bodies such as the Open Mobile Alliance, OTA Flash Forum, and the CDMA Development Group.
Sunil holds a BSEE from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
